| Why can't I login? |
To login you must use the Email Address and Password that you entered when registering for downloads. If you have not yet registered then you must first do so in order to download any files. If you have registered and still are unable to login then first check that you have all cookies enabled on your web browser, you may need to add this web site to your browsers list of trusted web sites.

Everyone must create an account to download our files.

| Lost Passwords |
If you have lost your password then don't panic. To request your password click on the Forgotten Password link.Your password will be emailed to you. If you do not have a valid email address in your profile then you will not be able to receive downloads

| I Registered in the past but can't login |
It could be that you haven't downloaded anything for a while, or never downloaded anything. It is common for the Administrator to periodically delete inactive users from the database. If this is the case, you can contact the Administrator to reactivate your account.

| Where is my download email? |
Please make sure you check your Spam/Junk Folders. You can add us to your address book to avoid problems in the future.

| What do I do if i've allowed emails from Sims Royale and still don't have the download email? |
Log in to your Account and click on the Contact Representative link. Make sure you include the order number and select Resend Email.

| How do I get the download from the email? |
In most cases you can just click on the download link. With some email clients you will need to cut and paste the link into your web browser.

| What is the download file format? |
The download is a ZIP format file. You must extract the files using products such as WinZip, WinRar, etc.

You will extract Sims 1 Object files to:C:\Program Files\Maxis\The Sims\GameData\UserObjects You will extract Sims 1 Floor files to:C:\Program Files\Maxis\The Sims\GameData\Floors You will extract Sims 1 Wall files to:C:\Program Files\Maxis\The Sims\GameData\Walls

| How do I install Sims 2 Files? |
You should extract the Sims 2 pack file to a location that you can remember. Navigate to that location and double click on the Sims 2 pack file. The file should automatically install.

All of our Sims 2 objects are CEP enabled. Please install the CEP from ModtheSims2. You can visit their site here: CEP.

Log in to your Newsletter account and make the necessary changes. The link is here Newsletter Account.

Log in to your Newsletter account and click on Newsletter Archives.

You may not be able to receive HTML formatted email. Log in to your Newsletter account and change the Email Delivery Format to Plain Text.

| How do I review a product? |
Click on the product you wish to review. Click on either the Not Rated Link (if no reviews) or Add Review Link. Fill out the form and submit it.

| Why am I unable to review a product? |
You must be logged in to post reviews. Duplicate posts are not allowed. Rude posts are not allowed.

| Where did my review go? |
Sometimes a review will not pass the system check and will need to be manually authorized. Inappropriate posts will be deleted.
